The staff of the Municipal Enterprise 'Housing and Communal Services Cheryomushki' are engaged daily in maintaining order in the territories under their supervision.

Twice a day, cleaners carry out cleaning operations (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing trash bins, etc.).

Moreover, municipal workers perform grass mowing, tree trimming, and care for flowerbeds and lawns near residential buildings serviced by the enterprise.

Specialists from 'Housing and Communal Services Cheryomushki' also carry out repair work on essential service systems at the request of residents (replacement and repair of heating, water supply, sewage pipes, electrical systems, roofs, entrances, etc.).

Since the beginning of October, the enterprise's workers have conducted maintenance work on the elevator unit at: Ovidiopolskaya Road, 6, repaired the central heating pipeline in the basements of buildings located at: Cosmonauts Street, 66 and E. Tantsyura Street (Gen. Petrova), 7/1, as well as other preparatory work for the heating season at the addresses: Filatova Street, 66, Novikov Street, 17 and Cosmonauts Street, 19/1.

At the request of residents, partial roof repairs were carried out at the addresses: I. and Yu. Lip Street, 76, Varnenskaya Street, 14/2, E. Tantsyura Street (Gen. Petrova), 45, Filatova Street, 37, and I. Rabin Street, 29.

Additionally, municipal workers performed maintenance and repairs on drainage systems at the address: St. Richter, 148/1, replaced an automatic circuit breaker in the electrical panel at: Cosmonauts Street, 28, and inspected sewer wells at: I. Rabin Street 5, 22, and 57, as well as cleaned the sewage outlet at: Radisna Street, 23 and restored the sewage pipeline at: Filatova Street, 48.
