All buildings in Odesa that are serviced by centralized heating are fully equipped with verified heating meters.

Specialists from the municipal enterprise «TMO» have installed 268 new meters. These are placed in buildings where the old devices were broken or had never been installed before.

Moreover, the company's experts have recorded instances of meter theft, and in such cases, they are also compelled to install new devices.

Residents in buildings with meters pay for heating based on actual consumption data.

If there is no meter, charges are made according to Government Methodology No. 315, which calculates heating costs based on the building's thermal load, the duration of heating supply, and the average monthly outdoor temperature.
