From the very start of 2026, the team from the Municipal Greenery Trust has been engaged in planting young trees throughout the city.

As of now, 129 trees have already been planted in Odesa. On Novoselskogo Street, there are 69 maples, 3 acacias, and 1 catalpa. At the 411th Battery Memorial, 10 maples and 14 ashes have been planted. On Khimichna Street, 8 maples were planted, and another 24 maples are being established in the green area near the bus station.

Last year, the Municipal Greenery Trust planted 2376 young trees in Odesa (including ashes, elms, sophoras, maples, linden trees, and more). All trees are of large caliber and are planted with a closed root system to ensure better adaptation to urban environments.
