No longer do you need to visit the city council or other institutions, search for the right specialist, stand in line, and fill out paperwork. Just open Diia — and within minutes, you can order a document confirming that your housing has been destroyed or damaged due to military actions.

The Diia app offers two types of extracts from the Registry:

  • About a damaged or destroyed property that you own.
  • About an application for compensation under the eRecovery program.

The extract will include information about the extent of damage to the property and a description of the necessary works for its restoration. This document will be essential when calculating benefits, insurance services, or social payments, terminating ownership rights to destroyed housing, applying for support programs, or for court purposes.

Getting an extract is straightforward. Open the Diia app — Services — eRecovery — Extract from the Registry of Damaged Properties. A couple of clicks — and the extract is on your smartphone, saving you time. We ensure that you have no difficulties obtaining the extract, which is why we have created a detailed instruction guide.

We work so that you spend your time on restoring your housing, not on bureaucracy.

The eRecovery service and the Registry of Damaged and Destroyed Properties were implemented by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine as part of the project "Support for Digital Transformation" with the assistance of USAID and UK Dev. Project partner — Eastern Europe Foundation.
