Odesa is once again under threat: the city was attacked by drones. This was reported by the State Emergency Service.

Last night, the peaceful city shook from the explosions. The enemy launched a massive drone attack, targeting residential areas and civilian infrastructure, causing damage to the energy sector as well.

A nine-story residential building was damaged, with the facade wall and roof on the ninth floor destroyed. Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames on the upper floors.

Fires broke out in market pavilions and a supermarket.

Windows in surrounding buildings were shattered, and residents' vehicles were damaged.

Unfortunately, preliminary reports indicate that one person was injured.

Our firefighters worked under extremely challenging conditions — firefighting was interrupted by repeated alarms. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 23 residents caught in the epicenter of the events.

To address the aftermath, 58 rescuers and 16 units of equipment were deployed by the State Emergency Service.
