Starting March 4, a new e-registration system will be implemented in all Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers, aimed at fully automating management and preventing unauthorized interference.
Appointments for services at 47 major MIA service centers, which are connecting to the new e-registration system from March 4, will be available for booking three weeks in advance, starting March 25. Each day, the system will generate appointments for the following date. For example, on March 5, appointments for March 26 will be generated, on March 6 for March 27, and so on.
Advance registration is available for the following services:
- theoretical exam;
- practical exam;
- vehicle registration;
- driver’s license exchange/international driving permit.
Note that the number of online registrations is limited. In one month, an individual can make 4 registrations through the e-registration system. For legal entities, the limit is set at 4 appointments per day.
If necessary, online registrations can be canceled in the e-registration system no later than 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
Additionally, please note: if a citizen does not show up for a service appointment at the MIA service center 4 times within a month and does not cancel their registrations online, their account will be blocked in the e-registration system.
