Construction activities are ongoing in Odesa aimed at providing residents of the Peresyp district with an alternative water supply. 
In September 2024, work began on the construction of a well complex featuring artesian water in the park near the “Zoryany” cinema, as reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council. Drilling and installation of the artesian well have been completed, and the perimeter of the sanitary protection zone has been fenced with a decorative barrier.  Currently, the contracting organization is focused on building the well complex: installing water purification equipment, setting up technical facilities for staff, and organizing a water distribution point. The roofing of the building is in the final stages of completion. Additionally, internal finishing work is ongoing in the technical building of the well complex: wall plastering, floor laying, installation of networks and communications, etc. Preparatory work for landscaping the area surrounding the well complex has also begun.  The construction of the well complex is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025.
