Employees of the municipal utility company «Chornomorskyi» planted 18 acacia trees at the intersection of Lustdorfskyi Road and Pysareva Street, where a landfill used to be located.

This was reported by the Telegram channel “JKS Odesa”.

There is a legend in Odesa that the renowned Richelieu purchased seedlings of the famous white acacia with his own money and distributed them for free to anyone who promised to plant and care for the tree,  – the JKS reported.
