The Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest» has initiated a new phase of greening by planting summer flowers in Istanbul Park. The planting will cover an area of 500 square meters and will include over 30 thousand begonia plants, creating vibrant patterns.

At the beginning of the summer season, the workers of the enterprise undertook landscaping tasks, painting benches and trash bins, and tidying up the lawns.

This year, Odessa plans to plant about 350 thousand summer flowers. The floral arrangements will traditionally consist of salvia, geraniums, begonias, petunias, ageratum, tagetes, and chlorophytum.

The first summer flowers have already adorned the Exchange Square and the flowerbeds near the Primorsky District Administration, replacing spring flowers. A total of 12 thousand summer flowers (petunias, begonias, and geraniums) will be planted at the Exchange Square, while the pattern «Lyra» at the Theater Square will consist of 10 thousand begonias.

According to the Municipal Enterprise «Miskzelentrest», summer flowers will be planted in all city districts, replacing spring flowers that have already bloomed.
