In Odesa, the restoration of a residential building damaged by shelling has commenced.

Restoration efforts are underway for an apartment complex located at Novoselskogo Street, 51. This building has suffered multiple attacks from Russian shelling, with the most recent strike occurring in November 2024.

The shelling has resulted in significant damage to the external structure and roof.

Following the completion of necessary procedures and a tender process, the contractor has initiated comprehensive restoration of the site.

Currently, emergency works are ongoing: the damaged wing is being dismantled, including load-bearing structures, ceilings, and walls that require replacement. Additionally, roof repairs, which were affected by the blast wave, are continuing — work on the left wing has been completed, while the roof of the front wing is still being covered.

It is worth noting that three more sites are in the design and expertise phase: located on Balkivska, Serednia, and Kanatna Streets.
