On November 8, 2025, educators in Odesa held a tree-planting event dedicated to the memory of fallen soldiers.
Young saplings were planted near educational institutions, including: ashes, birches, maples, oaks, viburnums, pomegranates, paulownias, chestnuts, linden trees, spruces, bushes of Cossack juniper, and magnolias.
These young trees symbolize courage, strength of spirit, and the readiness to defend the homeland. This event serves as a deep expression of gratitude to our defenders and a reminder that the memory of heroes will live on in the hearts of people and in the green streets of the city.
The educators of Odesa continue to not only teach and nurture the younger generation but also demonstrate their love for their city, unity, and care for the environment through their actions.
