Last week, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Eden Adamanov visited the city clinical hospital No. 11 in Odesa.

The hospital has recently inaugurated a modern cardiology and cardiac surgery department equipped with the latest high-precision equipment. This is a significant advancement for the city's cardiology cluster and improves access to medical care for patients.

The hospital plans to expand its diagnostic capabilities, as Hospital No. 11 is a key institution providing assistance for polytrauma cases.

During the visit, an evaluation of the premises for MRI installation was conducted, which is critically important equipment that will allow:

  • to quickly and accurately assess the extent of injuries in patients with polytrauma;
  • to enhance the quality of trauma diagnostics;
  • to ensure continuity of patient care without referrals to other hospitals;
  • to expand the capabilities of urgent and scheduled neurodiagnostics.

“The installation of MRI will be an important strategic step that will strengthen the role of Hospital No. 11 as a powerful clinical center for providing highly specialized care to Odesa residents and visitors,” emphasized Olena Kolodenko, Director of the Health Department of the Odesa City Council.
