On December 12, 2024, Odesa hosted the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' in the category 'Group Leader' focused on military-patriotic and artistic-aesthetic education (music).
Participants submitted their pedagogical experiences, which included an annotation 'My Pedagogical Experience', a plan for an organizational event, and a lesson plan for the group.
Additionally, group leaders presented their work on the topic 'My Pedagogical Credo'. Educators showcased their professional skills, knowledge of methodology, pedagogy, and psychology, and their ability to apply innovative approaches to teaching and upbringing, as well as to engage children and stimulate their creative and intellectual development.
As per the city jury's decision, the winners of the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' were announced and will receive diplomas from the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council:

Oleksandr Harkavchenko, leader of the 'Young Patriots' group at the Odesa City Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity;
Artistic-Aesthetic (Music Profile):
Anastasia Voiedilo, head of the exemplary artistic collective Astra Voice Studio at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Divosvit';
Marina Zaitseva, head of the folk artistic collective 'Palmyra' at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Samotsvit';
Olha Petrusenko, head of the vocal group 'Barvinok' at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Promin'.

Olena Varichenko, head of the group at the Odesa Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity 'White Acacia';
Tetyana Vasyelkova, head of the group at the Odesa House of Children's and Youth Creativity 'Dominanta'.
The All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' is held to support talented educators from extracurricular institutions, promote their self-realization and encourage further creative pedagogical activities.
