The Odesa region has been targeted by a drone attack from Russia, causing damage to its railway infrastructure. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia on Telegram.
"Today, the railway infrastructure of Odesa was under attack by Russian drones. There is damage, but fortunately, there were no casualties among railway workers or passengers — thanks to prompt actions, all passenger trains were stopped at a safe distance from the impact sites," the statement reads.
Train services have now resumed. Ukrzaliznytsia assured that they are making every effort to reduce delays. Train delays can be monitored on the Ukrzaliznytsia website.
