The municipal enterprise «Chornomorsky» has been actively engaged in repair and maintenance services for residential buildings throughout 2024, successfully addressing a variety of resident requests.
A total of 778 applications from residents have been processed.
At the request of residents, the specialists of «Chornomorsky» carried out several repair works, including: roof repairs totaling 510 sq. m; replacement and repair of drainage pipes and sewage systems amounting to 365 linear meters; electrical installation work (replacing electrical cables) for 610 linear meters; replacement of sewage outlets for 108 linear meters; stairwell repairs in 8 buildings covering 1230 sq. m; restoration of pavements in 9 buildings totaling 94 sq. m; and installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.
Additionally, during preparations for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were carried out in 167 residential buildings, totaling 340 linear meters, along with the replacement of 83 valves.
Moreover, the utility's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, collecting litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).
The utility staff also mows grass, trims trees, rakes fallen leaves, and takes care of flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up events, addressing illegal dump sites and the aftermath of attacks.
