In 2024, the communal enterprise "Housing and Communal Service of Khmelnytskyi" successfully carried out various repair works in the buildings under its management.

A total of 1370 requests from residents were processed.

At the request of residents, the specialists completed the following tasks: roof repairs – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of drainage pipes – 753 m; repairs to cold water supply systems – 1314.6 m; repairs to central heating systems – 945.9 m; repairs to sewage systems – 710.4 m; electrical supply repairs / replacement of appliances – 1297 m / 335 units.

Additionally, the staff participated in eliminating the consequences of enemy shelling, covering 125 m of windows with film.

Moreover, the company’s janitors maintain cleanliness in the yards and adjacent territories, performing cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash containers, etc.).

The communal workers also handle grass cutting, tree trimming, clearing fallen leaves, and caring for flowerbeds and lawns around the managed buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days and the elimination of illegal dumps.
