Residents of Odessa are reminded to be vigilant about unauthorized interference in the functioning of housing systems.

Recently, employees of the KP "JKS 'Cheriomushki'" received a request from residents of the building located at Hiraniv Street, 10, regarding the need to drain water from the heating riser to install new radiators.

During the visit to the site, it was discovered that the lock on the basement door had been unlawfully changed by a representative of the 'Service Plus' company, which does not service the building, complicating access for utility workers.

According to the Act of readiness for the heating season, signed together with the KP 'City Heat Supply of Odessa', the employees of KP 'JKS 'Cheriomushki' must have free access to this area.

The building is serviced by KP 'JKS', as confirmed by the relevant contract. For urgent actions at the site, utility workers cut off the old lock and installed a new one, completing all necessary work.

"The request has been processed, radiators replaced, the system is operational. The facility is ready for the heating season 2024-2025," stated the head of section No. 2 of KP 'JKS 'Cheriomushki', Oleksandr Musafir.

This is not the first instance where employees of previous management companies have resorted to unlawful actions regarding housing stock.

Attention! Such actions are illegal. Residents are advised to report such incidents to their KP 'JKS' or to the hotline 15-01.
