This will improve the work of the monitoring group preparing materials for discussions in the 'Transparency and Accountability' working group, taking into account buyers' arguments and helping the public understand the benefits of these purchases.

These changes will enhance communication between buyers and society during wartime.

“Now buyers have a tool to explain the importance of their procurements beforehand. This will help avoid situations where they need to justify their decisions only after facing criticism,” said Mykola Tkachenko, director of DP 'Prozorro.'
