Every day, approximately 1200 workers from municipal services ensure cleanliness in their designated areas. They clean streets using both specialized equipment and manual methods, maintaining the city's communication systems and caring for green spaces.

In addition to daily cleaning, municipal workers also handle the maintenance and repair of the city’s storm drainage systems and important hydraulic structures (like the buffer pond along the Romanian canal and the Kuyalnik canal).

From spring until autumn, municipal workers clean monuments that are not part of the cultural heritage, repairing and repainting them as necessary.

In preparation for the fountain season, specialists undertake the unsealing and installation of equipment.

Landscapers trim roses, bushes, and trees, sow lawns, and tidy up flowerbeds.

Odesa's cemeteries are kept in sanitary condition, with municipal workers clearing away last year's leaves, undergrowth, and removing trash.

Daily tasks also include cleaning residential areas, eliminating unauthorized dumps, and maintaining neglected and communal spaces.
