Shortly, the "Diia" portal will introduce a new feature allowing users to replace their vehicle registration certificates.

The application press service has reported this.

"Lost your document? Damaged? Changed personal details? Want to update your license plates? Soon, you will be able to handle all these issues without traveling to an MVS service center - just a few clicks in the app", the message states.

The "Diia" team currently invites everyone to test this new service in beta mode.

How to apply for beta testing:

  • Visit the link to the "Diia" portal - https://diia.gov.ua/zamina-tekhpasporta;
  • Fill out a short form - provide your name and contact information.

Who can be a tester:

  • you must be 18 years or older;
  • you should have a tax number (RNO) in "Diia";
  • the app must contain a biometric document: passport or ID;
  • you must own a vehicle, and the registration certificate should already be in "Diia".
