The Ukrainian government does not plan to make significant changes to the current criteria for mobilization reservations.

This was stated by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during a session of the Verkhovna Rada, as reported by "Interfax-Ukraine".

"Regarding reservations, we do not expect any substantial changes in the near future. Our criteria are clearly defined, digitized, and have a transparent structure," he noted.

He also emphasized that the government, along with military authorities, is monitoring the reservation process: who is being reserved and in which sectors.

"These requirements satisfy both military needs and the economy. We do not plan to revise them in the near future," Shmyhal added.

Reminder:

From April 1 only companies that have updated their critical status according to the new rules will be able to continue reserving their employees. Reservations made under the old rules will become invalid.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved changes to the procedure for reserving employees of mobile operators and internet providers.

Additionally, according to the government's decision, the reservation quota for enterprises providing water supply, wastewater management, and waste management services has been increased from 50% to 75%.
