Today, May 21, 2025, an online meeting was held in Odesa chaired by the Deputy Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine, Natalia Kozlovska. 

City council representatives participated, including: First Deputy Mayor of Odesa Oleksandr Filatov, Deputy Mayor Pavlo Vugelman, advisor to the mayor on accessibility issues Oleksii Morozov, and heads of executive bodies and relevant departments. 

Participants discussed the implementation of the 'Movement Without Barriers' project, as well as the progress on the inclusive tram route 'North-South'. 

During the discussion, attention was drawn to the technical aspects of the route implementation, the adaptation of infrastructure for people with disabilities, veterans, and other mobility-impaired groups of the population. 

The issue of inter-agency coordination was also raised. The 'Movement Without Barriers' project is a component of the national accessibility strategy, which Odesa is actively engaging in.
