In Odesa, the restoration of an apartment building located at Shevchenko Avenue, 8-v, continues after suffering multiple damages from shelling by Russian forces.
As a reminder, the latest strike occurred on November 18, 2024.

The Department of Urban Infrastructure of the Odesa City Council is the project’s client.

The project includes a complete roof reconstruction, updating of floor slabs, strengthening of load-bearing structures, and other construction and restoration works.

Currently, the strengthening of the first-floor walls has been completed, a reinforced concrete slab has been installed above the arch, monolithic belts have been erected, and a major repair of approximately 4,500 square meters of roofing has been carried out.

The next phase will involve reinforcing and insulating the existing wooden floor joists, as well as the masonry of gas-concrete walls on the second floor.

The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of this year.

We remind you that the restoration of the apartment building at Shevchenko Avenue, 8/4 has recently been completed. As part of the capital repairs, the waterproofing along the entire perimeter of the building has been fully updated, the pavement and roof have been repaired, and the facade has been restored.
