On the night of November 7, 2024, a hostile attack in Odessa resulted in damage to three residential buildings, 14 vehicles, and a gas pipeline.

As of 2 PM, damage was reported in 110 apartments. Utility workers are addressing the aftermath of the night attack by temporarily sealing window openings with film. The film and other materials were provided by the NGO "April Tenth" with support from UNHCR and the charity fund "Winds of Change".

Hot meals and beverages have been organized by the charity fund "Morning of Revival" for residents of affected buildings and utility workers on-site.

Medical personnel and psychologists from the Primary Health Care Center No. 16 are providing psychological support to those affected by the attack.

Additionally, a city operational headquarters is functioning on-site. Residents can approach the headquarters for assistance in restoring windows and doors, as well as receive advice on the state program eRecovery.

Applications for assistance under the eRecovery program and material support from the city budget for restoring windows and doors can be submitted at the Hadybey District Administration.
