Following the enemy attack on the night of September 23, which damaged residential buildings in the Kyiv district of Odesa, the city promptly mobilized resources to assist those affected.
By 8:00 the next day, an operational headquarters was established on site.
Workers from the municipal company 'ZHK 'Vuzivskyi', representatives of the district administration, and special equipment participated in eliminating the aftermath.
According to Marina Lozovenko, head of the Kyiv district administration, over 150 windows were damaged, and residents are seeking assistance for their temporary closure.
An HOA commission is documenting the damage to apartments, and consultations are provided directly at the headquarters.
As noted by Veronika Etnarovych, advisor to the Mayor of Odesa on NGO coordination, community support is significantly aided by public and charitable organizations.
Organizations such as the charity fund 'Winds of Change', 'Nova Ukraina', the public organization 'Tenth of April', the charity fund 'Council of Cities', and the charity fund 'Food of Life. Odesa', along with the international organization IRC, are on site providing humanitarian assistance, window film, hot meals, and legal consultations.
The volunteer association 'Dobrobat' has sealed the damaged windows at Odesa Lyceum No. 82.
