Warning! On October 4th, significant rainfall is forecasted in Odesa. The Black and Azov Sea Hydrometeorological Center warns about dangerous meteorological phenomena.

Weather: In the next few hours, heavy rainfall is expected to continue until the end of the day.

The Odesa City Council urges residents and visitors to stay vigilant about weather changes and limit travel, especially for children, the elderly, and pregnant women. Avoid moving under trees due to the risk of falling branches and wires from strong winds and rain.

Please do not leave vehicles under trees or near power lines.

The danger of being in beach areas is currently very high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, the risk of sea mines drifting ashore increases. There is a significant chance of sea mines becoming unmoored and drifting along the coast. If you come across a mine or any suspicious objects, do not approach them and immediately call 102.
