According to the weather forecast, significant rain and thunderstorms are expected in Odesa and the surrounding region on October 8-9, along with wind gusts of 15-20 m/s.

As of the morning of October 8, here is the update on public transport:

Tram lines №18 and №20 are temporarily suspended (route taxis are operating on these routes).

Due to the temporary halt of tram line №18, bus line №18-k will provide transport from the 11th to the 16th station of the Great Fountain. Departures from the 11th station will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (every hour). Buses are operating on this route today.

Tram line №7 has resumed operations.

It runs from 28th Brigade Street to the 11th station of Lustdorf Road.

As of 7:00 AM, traffic on the city roads is free.

Reported flooding:

• 15 Nalivna Street — the roadway is flooded, but traffic is ongoing;
• Yarmarkovyi Lane — flooding has occurred, but traffic is available.

Emergency crews from the “City Roads” utility are currently working to clear storm drains.
