Odesa has successfully launched the «Social Taxi» project, initiated by the city council with support from the organization «Barrier-Free».

This service is designed for individuals with disabilities, ensuring safe and comfortable travel across the city to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social services, and other important institutions.

In its first year, «Social Taxi» has completed over 2,500 trips, assisting residents in overcoming both physical distances and social barriers.

The project is implemented in collaboration with the ambassador of the national initiative «Movement Without Barriers» Valentina Khoruzhaya, along with veteran organizations, athletes with disabilities, and various community groups.

To utilize the service, one can call 15-01 or fill out an application on the website of the «Barrier-Free» organization or the official website of Odesa.

The city continues to develop initiatives aimed at creating an accessible environment for all residents.
