A new project aimed at creating a barrier-free environment in Odesa for 2025-2026 has been approved. The implementation is overseen by the Barrier-Free Council under the Mayor of Odesa.
The specialists from the municipal enterprise «City Roads» are actively engaged in installing ramps at pedestrian crossings across the city.
Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 85 ramps have been established throughout Odesa, with 34 of them featuring tactile paving as part of the «Barrier-Free Odesa» city program.
