On October 25, 2025, the talented students of Odesa Arts School No. 4 successfully showcased their artistry in the twin city of Regensburg (Federal Republic of Germany).

This concert was part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the partnership between Odesa and Regensburg, symbolizing friendship and support between our cities.

The young musicians from Odesa performed alongside their peers from the local music school, delivering an unforgettable concert program to the audience.

The warm atmosphere, heartfelt applause, and mutual support once again emphasized that art knows no borders.

The Odesa City Council expresses gratitude to the Mayor of Regensburg, Mrs. Gertrud Malz-Schwartzfischer, for her hospitality and support of Ukrainian children, as well as for her dedication to fostering our towns’ partnership.

Such initiatives help to strengthen the friendship that has united Odesa and Regensburg for over three decades.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our talented children and teachers from Odesa Arts School No. 4 for their professionalism and bright performance on the international stage.
