A team of orthopedic surgeons from Odesa is part of the Ukrainian delegation attending the German Congress of Orthopedics and Traumatology DKOU - 2025, taking place in Berlin from October 28 to 31, 2025.

Our specialists presented the Ukrainian school of trauma surgery on an international platform and discussed pathways for further collaboration with colleagues from around the globe.

During the congress, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the All-Ukrainian Association of Trauma Surgery and Rehabilitation and the German Society of Orthopedic and Trauma Surgery. This document solidifies the strategic partnership between two powerful professional communities and opens new opportunities for experience exchange, joint research, scientific publications, and participation in international educational programs.

It expands our access to modern European science and clinical practice, allowing us to implement advancements in global traumatology and orthopedics into the medical care provided to our patients», — noted Chief Freelance Orthopedic Traumatologist of the Health Department, MOH expert in orthopedics and traumatology, Serhiy Varzary, who is participating in the congress.
