Russian Attacks on Odesa and the Region

On December 23, Russian occupiers once again targeted the port of Odesa using drones. A civil vessel flying the Lebanese flag, carrying Ukrainian soy, was damaged in the attack.

Additionally, on the night of December 22, Russian forces struck the port and energy infrastructure of the Odesa region, setting containers filled with flour and oil ablaze in the "Pivdenny" port.

One of the most significant attacks on Odesa and the region occurred on the night of December 13, leaving a large part of the region, including Odesa, without electricity, water, and heat, with the city of Artziz suffering the most damage.

Occupiers have also begun widespread shelling of the bridge in Mayaky on the Odesa - Reni highway, complicating access to border crossing points and western settlements in the region. Authorities and transport services have developed alternative routes.
