As part of the initiative to implement innovative digital technologies in the healthcare sector, the Odessa Health Department has signed a collaboration agreement with the leading medical information system in Ukraine - Helsi.
This agreement aims to develop and enhance medical services for patients and doctors. Specifically, it plans to implement modern digital solutions that will significantly ease interactions between healthcare facilities and patients. This will allow for the rapid generation of analytical reports in standardized formats, reducing paperwork and facilitating quick, informed management decisions in healthcare.
Another crucial aspect of the collaboration is the creation of an accessible digital service for the medical support of veterans. Thanks to the partnership with Helsi, veterans will have a clear route to receive medical assistance: online appointments, a straightforward sequence of steps, and organized support within connected healthcare facilities. This will minimize bureaucracy and maximize clarity and support.
Additionally, the agreement aims to improve the information flow to Odessa residents about the National Program "Screening 40+" and create accessible conditions for its implementation through push notifications and online appointments at convenient medical facilities.
"Accessibility and digitalization are key components of the modern healthcare system in Odessa. This partnership is about practical changes: fewer queues, more accessibility, transparent processes, and modern services for people," emphasized Elena Kolodenko, the director of the Odessa Health Department.
