Farmers in the Odesa region are actively engaged in planting, having already sown 92.3 thousand hectares of spring grains and legumes, one of the highest figures in Ukraine.

Specifically, the region has sown:

  • peas — 51.9 thousand hectares
  • barley — 30.1 thousand hectares
  • wheat — 5.8 thousand hectares
  • oats — 1.3 thousand hectares

Additionally, Odesa farmers have joined the nationwide sunflower planting campaign.
