Larisa Makarova, a methodologist educator from Odessa preschool institution «Yasla-Sadok» No. 300, has made it to the TOP-50 educators according to Global Teacher Prize Ukraine - 2024 in the special nomination “Preschool Education”.

This recognition is the result of her ongoing quest for innovative approaches to the upbringing and education of preschool children.

Her pedagogical achievements have been acknowledged with various honorary certificates and the title of «Best Educational Worker of Odessa».

In 2024, the work of the team led by Larisa Makarova was awarded First Degree Diplomas at the city competition «Educational Pearl of Odessa» in the nominations «Pearls of Preschool Education» and «Best Pedagogical Practices in Creating a Modern Educational Environment: Informational, Social, Inclusive, and Other Environments» as part of the regional festival of the best pedagogical practices in preschool education «Preschool Education – FEST».
