On May 10th, Izmail will set a unique national record for Ukraine — the largest artistic mural on canvas created using natural feathers.

This was reported by the press service of the Odessa Regional State Administration.

The artwork titled «Woman — Wings of the Future» will be crafted by hand during the award ceremony for the finalists of the «Woman Who Creates the Future» contest.

The installation will consist of 36,000 feathers and will measure 10×2 meters.

The project is authored by artist Olga Sharafaneko, with the organizers being the women’s leadership club «Strength of Women».

The record will be set tomorrow, May 10th, at 4:00 PM.
