The 25th National Book Forum 'Ukrainian Book in Odessa' will take place in Odessa from June 6-8.

This event will feature a variety of activities, including professional discussions on publishing during wartime, presentations of new Ukrainian publications, autograph sessions, public interviews, and creative workshops. Additionally, the forum will serve as a platform for charity initiatives collecting books to support libraries in Odessa, facilitating dialogue between the professional community and the public, and promoting reading.

The program will also include an outdoor Ukrainian Book Festival in Balta, the traditional 'Best Book of the Forum' competition, and events dedicated to the Odessa literary school. In collaboration with the Odessa Regional Center for Ukrainian Culture and the 'Ukrainian Club of Odessa', a space showcasing elements of Ukraine's intangible cultural heritage will be presented.

Invited guests include Andriy Kurkov, Liubov Yakymchuk, Andriy Kokotyukha, Valeriy Puzik, Taras Fediuk, and others.

The event is organized by the Odessa National Scientific Library in partnership with the Ukrainian Association of Publishers, the Book Chamber of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, and the Odessa Regional State Administration. The project is implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Book Institute and local authorities.
