On August 14, 2025, the international contemporary arts festival ‘Two days and two nights of new music’ kicked off at the Odesa Regional Philharmonic.
For two days, the stage of the Odesa Philharmonic will resonate with the freshest, boldest, and most unpredictable contemporary music: from electroacoustic pieces to multimedia projects, from chamber instrumental music to interdisciplinary experiments.
This year, the festival honors the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people against the aggressors. The uniqueness of the 30th festival lies in its program, which combines works by both Ukrainian and foreign composers written during the war, reflecting the resilience of the Ukrainian people.
The festival program includes approximately 50 works, including 10 world premieres of Ukrainian and international composers. Many musical performances are theatrical in nature, integrating artistic action, sound, video, and multimedia installations.
The festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and the Odesa City Council.
Venue: Odesa Regional Philharmonic named after David Oistrakh, 15 Nyna Strokata St. (for inquiries: 725 15 38).
