In Odesa, the career hub «Vona» operates to assist women who have suffered from domestic or gender-based violence in finding employment or starting their own businesses.
By reaching out to the «Vona» hub, women can access:
- free and confidential consultations with career advisors for personalized job search support;
- referrals to individual consultations with psychologists for assistance during job placement and adaptation;
- the opportunity to attend free vocational courses and training sessions to acquire new skills and enhance their professional competencies.
The «Vona Hub. Odesa» is a collaborative project of the Odesa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
