Ukraine's top player Elina Svitolina moved up to the 13th position after reaching the quarterfinals at Roland Garros. Leading the ranking is Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, the finalist of the French Open, while tournament champion Coco Gauff from the USA holds the second spot.
Chinese player Zheng Qinwen climbed to her career-high fifth position from seventh after her quarterfinal run at the clay major. In contrast, Polish player Iga Swiatek dropped as she failed to defend her title in the French capital.
In the bottom half of the top ten, Spain’s Paula Badosa and American Emma Navarro swapped positions.
The surprise semifinalist from Roland Garros, French player Loïs Boisson, soared from 361st to 65th place.
Ukraine's second-ranked player Marta Kostyuk fell one spot to 26th after her first-round exit at the French Open.
Diana Yastremska ascended three places to rank 45th.
Julia Starodubtseva has made significant progress, breaking into the top 67 after reaching the third round of a major for the first time, gaining 14 spots.
Angelina Kalinina returned to the top 100, now sitting at 96th, while Daria Snigur remains at 151st.
Alexander Oliynykova reached her highest career ranking at 202nd place. Anastasia Soboleva improved her standing to 244th after qualifying for Roland Garros.
