A recent drone strike in Odesa resulted in significant damage to the equipment of the «Infoksvodokanal» branch.

The Russian «Shahed» targeted the auto repair shops and storage area for special vehicles, causing damage to dozens of vehicles. Most of the affected units belonged to our repair teams, which are essential for reaching emergency sites and transporting necessary tools. Additionally, an excavator, water tankers, and sludge pumps were damaged. The workshops for auto electricians and mechanics were completely destroyed along with their equipment.

The consequences could have been much worse if not for the prompt actions of our drivers and mechanics. They immediately began to extinguish the flames using water tankers before the emergency services arrived, preventing further destruction and evacuating the surviving vehicles.

Although the damage is considerable, thankfully no employees were harmed. Recovery of the equipment and repair facilities will take some time. Following this attack, the logistics and operations of the emergency repair teams will be somewhat complicated.
