Odesa has faced another unexpected attack. There are reported casualties.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

A nine-story residential building was struck, with fires affecting apartments on the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors. Fifty residents of the building were evacuated. Using specialized equipment, 10 individuals were rescued from the upper floors, including 2 children.

Preliminary information indicates that 4 people were injured.

A Resilience Point has been set up near the building, with psychologists on-site to assist.

Rescuers, using a seismic monitoring device, are keeping track of the movement of damaged structural elements to prevent dangerous debris from collapsing onto personnel.

Emergency response operations are ongoing.
