In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Porto-Franсkivsk» conducted significant renovations of structural elements and engineering systems in its buildings.

At the request of residents, the specialists performed the following life-support system repairs: roof repairs – 3682 sq. m; stormwater system repairs – 731 linear meters; passage repairs – 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt in courtyards – 101.13 sq. m; repairs of entrances – 1695 sq. m; central heating system repairs – 1023 linear meters; cold water supply system repairs – 1361 linear meters; electrical network repairs – 1769 linear meters; window glazing – 131 sq. m; restoration of arch entrances – 1 building.

Additionally, the enterprise's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing trash containers, etc.).

Municipal workers also carry out grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and care for flower beds and lawns near the buildings under their management. They participate in city-wide clean-up initiatives as needed, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of enemy attacks.
