The affordable mortgage financing program for Ukrainian citizens, known as «eOselya», launched in August 2022. The preferential interest rate ranges from 3% to 7%, with a loan term of up to 20 years. The minimum down payment is 20%.

The Odesa regional administration offers interest rate compensation for specific categories of citizens. Our defenders, rescuers, law enforcement officers, and border guards can obtain housing loans without paying interest. So far, 277 individuals have benefited from this program.

Participating banks include Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, and Sensbank.

The number of residential complexes joining the «eOselya» program is also increasing.
