Law enforcement officials exposed a poacher who illegally caught 180 kg of fish, inflicting damages to the state exceeding 600,000 UAH. This was reported by the fish protection patrol.

During a raid at Tudorove Lake in the Yaskiv community, inspectors from the Odesa fish protection patrol, along with border guards and police, discovered a man who had illegally caught 348 bream, 23 crucians, and one carp using two nets from a boat.

"A protocol was drawn up against the offender for gross violations of fishing rules, and materials are being prepared for opening a criminal case. The illegal catch, fishing gear, boat, and engine have been confiscated" - stated in the report.
