In 2025, the total revenue of large IT companies in Ukraine amounted to 56.48 billion UAH, according to OpenDataBot data. Two companies left the top 10, one of which had been on the index for two years.

In first place by revenue is GlobalLogic Ukraine, owned by American Bonus Technology INC, with a revenue of 11.66 billion UAH (+2%), although profit decreased by 28% to 653 million UAH. This is the first time it has topped the ranking.

Epam, founded by Arkadiy Dobkin, occupies the second and third positions, controlling a significant portion of the top 10's revenues. Epam Systems, which previously held the top spot for two consecutive years, fell to second place with a revenue of 11.35 billion UAH, which is a 10% decrease from 2023, while profit increased by 27% to 1.67 billion UAH.

Epam Digital also shows year-on-year revenue growth to 7.5 billion UAH (+25%) and profit to 838 million UAH (+11%), securing the third position.

Luxoft Solutions, a subsidiary of Swiss Luxoft founded by Dmitry Loshchinin, remains in fourth place with a revenue drop of 7% to 5.45 billion UAH and profit down by 12% to 263.6 million UAH.

The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" ranks fifth with a revenue of 4.06 billion UAH (-6%), while profit increased by 18% to 300.7 million UAH.

SoftServe, founded by Lviv residents Taras Kitzmey and Yaroslav Lyubynets, climbed two positions to sixth place with a revenue increase of 1.6 times to 3.83 billion UAH, while profit remained the same at 210 million UAH.

The fintech company owned by the founders of Monobank lost two positions due to a significant decrease in revenue to 3.71 billion UAH, and profits shrank to 1.15 billion UAH.

In ninth place is Infopulse Ukraine, founded by Oleksiy Sihovyi and Andriy Anisimov, now owned by Swedish NUK HOLDING AB, with a revenue decrease of 5% to 3.06 billion UAH and profit down by 14% to 332.7 million UAH.

A newcomer, Haiload Solutions, has entered the index with a revenue of 3.22 billion UAH and a profit of 2.4 billion UAH, securing a spot among the leaders.

Another newcomer, SQUAD Ukraine, created in August 2022, rounds out the top ten with a revenue of 2.6 billion UAH and a profit of 80.6 million UAH.

Seven out of ten companies opted for the Dii City legal regime, except for Epam Systems, Luxoft Solutions, and the Institute of "Intellias".

This year, Playtika Ukraine and SoftServe Industry dropped out of the index due to significant revenue declines.

In the healthcare sector, the top ten companies achieved a combined revenue of 14.59 billion UAH.
