«All institutions will have specialized teams on duty», – the city council stated.

Meteorologists have warned of severe weather conditions in Ukraine for April 8, 2025. A cold front will bring wet snow, freezing temperatures, and icy conditions.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, unstable weather will affect most regions, posing risks for transportation, utilities, and agriculture. Meteorologists are issuing a second-level danger warning (orange), which will be in effect until April 11.
