According to the Odesa City Council press service, specialists from the municipal enterprise «Miskzelentrest» and other agencies are working to address the situation. Drivers are urged not to leave their vehicles on storm drains and in close proximity, as this complicates the work of emergency services. Residents are also asked to limit their movement around the city and avoid parking under trees and power lines.
