As of 9:30 AM on April 11th, the public roads in the Odessa region are open for travel.

Since last night, contractors and service workers have been patrolling the roads and treating them with anti-icing materials. The equipment is on standby around the clock.
Additionally, a round-the-clock analytical monitoring center operates in the Odessa region, which keeps track of the road situation and responds promptly to changes.
The air temperature ranges from -3°C to 0°C. In some areas, wet snow is observed. The wind is from the northwest at up to 9 m/s, with gusts reaching 17 m/s.
Road users are advised to consider the weather conditions and be especially cautious while driving. Please adhere to the traffic rules: do not exceed speed limits, wear seatbelts, and maintain a safe distance while driving, the Infrastructure Restoration and Development Service of Ukraine in Odessa region urged drivers.
