The Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, announced the launch of the new «Tatra» trams:

«Starting tomorrow, the new modern multi-section trams «Tatra» will be on route No. 3. We acquired these vehicles through a loan from the European Investment Bank.

Eight new trams will operate from the 11th station of Lustdorfskaya Road to the infectious diseases hospital on Pasteur Street with a frequency of 15 minutes.

Once all repair works on the inclusive route "North-South" are complete, all 13 trams of this model will serve route No. 7.

Additionally, we have extended the route of tram No. 27. It will now run from the Fish Port to the Old-Sinnaya Square with a 7-minute interval.
